Tomorrow Mattress Review

Unlike other mattress companies, Tomorrow Sleep doesn’t just bring you a technologically-advanced mattress. They want to holistically bring your sleep experience to a completely new level by offering a suite of top quality accessories that beautifully work together with their mattress. Here’s a detailed Tomorrow mattress review for you to decide if their sleep system worth having:

Breaking Down the Layers

Supported by some of the biggest mattress retailers today, the Tomorrow mattress is on the right track despite being a startup. The mattress is a 10-inch hybrid comprised of both foam and pocketed coils. You can find two variations of the mattress:

Medium Soft and Medium Firm. Both feature different construction and thus a different order of layers. You can find the details below:

Breaking Down the Layers

First Layer: The first layer is composed of 1-inch memory foam with a density of 3.5 lbs per cubic foot. This layer contours to the body and assists in temperature control.

Second Layer: Made of .5 inch layer of gel foam. This provides a soft layer that will help relieve the pressure when you sleep.

Third Layer: Made of 1.5 inches of dynamic response foam, this provides great comfort and support. It’s a fast to react providing good bounce, support, and structure.

Fourth Layer: Composed of 6 inch pocketed steel coils, which are bordered by poly foam edge support. The coils are fantastic for providing proper spinal alignment and support. They also allow air flow through the bed while you sleep, helping to keep you cool.

Fifth Layer: This 1 inch layer of base foam basically functions as a foundation for the entire mattress.

Breaking Down the Layers

First Layer: The first layer is crafted from high-quality 1-inch memory foam but this time it’s made with a density of 4.8lbs per cubic foot. The memory foam is infused with a phase change material that keeps the surface cool and contours easily to the body.

Second Layer: Composed of 2-inches of gel-infused foam. With the increase in size, it provides better pressure relief and a softer touch compared to the Medium Firm option.

Third Layer: Composed of 6 inch pocketed steel coils, which are bordered by poly foam edge support. The coils are fantastic for providing proper spinal alignment and support. They also allow air flow through the bed while you sleep, helping to keep you cool.

Fourth Layer: This 1-inch layer of base foam basically functions as a foundation for the entire mattress.

All in the Cover

The covers for both types of mattress are the same. The cover is composed primarily of polyester and a mix of nylon, which helps in providing breathability. It’s also pretty thin which allows you to come in contact with the top layer of the foam when you lie down.

As for looks, the gray and white combination is a very modern unique look, although the colors are similar to the standard mattress colors.

How Does It Perform

Of course, the performance for both mattresses will differ slightly, so it’s really a matter of preference in the end. For this review, I tested the Medium Firm mattress. I love the fact that it’s a true medium firm with about 6 to 6.5 out of 10 firmness.

When you lie down, you immediately come in contact with the soft cover along with the memory foam. You do get a slight sinking feeling instead of simply laying down on top of the mattress. The other thing I noted is that it will take a while to react whenever you change position. However, it’s perfect when it comes to cooling and comfort thanks to the pocketed coils. It’s also amazing with bounce.

The Final Verdict

Tomorrow Sleep Mattress Review, Tomorrow Mattress Review, Tomorrow Sleep, Tomorrow Mattress7

In the end, the Tomorrow Sleep mattress is a well-made mattress that’s fantastic if you want something with great bounce, breathability, and support. It’s highly recommended if you want that memory foam feel and a breathable mattress that bounces like a traditional innerspring mattress.
